Refund Policy

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

You may be eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during shipping.

  • The product received is different from what was ordered.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Customers must provide clear images of the product, along with order details for verification.

     

REFUND PROCESS

  • Once the refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 2 - 5 business days to the original payment method used for the order.

  • Customers will be notified via email once the refund has been successfully issued.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on banks or payment service providers.

 

NON - REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Issues reported after 48 hours of delivery.

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer.

     

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted, as the order may already be under processing.
